Buyers must be registered with Vision Homes USA prior to or during their first visit. Realtors© do not have to be present. Realtors© can register their prospect using our website or by phone.
For homes already constructed we pay commissions at closing. For homes to be built, we pay one-half of the commission at closing of the construction loan and the balance once the slab is poured.
