Our Six Months Free Rent program is available to renters who contract to purchase a new home from Vision Homes USA. Vision Homes USA will pay your rent, up to $1,200 per month directly to your landlord with the first rent payment due after you close on your construction loan. We will continue to pay your rent until we receive your Certificate of Occupancy on your Vision Homes USA home or six months which ever occurs first.
