Vision Homes USA In Appreciation Program

Vision Homes USA offers its “In Appreciation” program to all employees of participating companies and organizations.  Employees of participating companies who purchase a Vision Homes USA home are entitled to a 5% credit on the purchase price of their new home that can be used for:

• Making monthly mortgage payments
• Cash needed for closing costs
• A reduction from the total cost of your home
• Buying down mortgage interest rates
• Purchasing upgrades and options

The goal of each community is to have those who work in the community, live in the community. It creates a much stronger sense of belonging. Living where you work creates a deeper involvement and a sense of ownership in the community. When this happens everyone wins.
