Jamie Pirrello - Chief Executive Officer - Jamie brings over 25 years homebuilding experience to Vision Homes USA . Jamie has significant experience in the private and public capital markets having raised over $1.5 billion. Jamie writes a column for Big Builder magazine and is asked regularly to speak at industry conferences. Jamie holds master degrees from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and one from Haas Schools of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He lives in Cape Coral with his wife and enjoys boating in the Gulf.

George Freelove – Senior Vice President Administration – George brings over 30 years of homebuilding and development experience. George has been Regional Vice President, and Division President for regional and national homebuilders. He is a frequent speaker at regional and national homebuilding conferences. He is a Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing and has served on numerous NAHB, state and local committees. George and his wife live in Ft. Myers and are avid players of tennis and golf and love bicycle riding.

Ryan Benson - Vice President Construction – Ryan brings many years of construction experience from some of the largest builders in the nation. As Division Manager of a national homebuilder, Ryan oversaw the construction of over 4,000 homes locally. Ryan lives in Ft. Myers and enjoys fishing, tennis and travel.

Mike Boscia – Vice President of Finance - Mike originally hails from Tucson and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. His understanding of accounting and finance stems from his experience with Ernst & Young and, more recently, KHovanian First Home Builders. He lives in Fort Myers with his wife and his two step-children and loves playing flag football, taking Jeet Kun Do martial arts, heading down to the beach for some volleyball, and playing with the family 90-lb Labrador and 9-lb Italian Greyhound.

Mel Sepielli – Purchasing Manager - Mel comes to Vision Homes USA with a background in many different phases of construction. Previously she was a Regional Purchasing Manager as well as a Division Manager for a local builder in Fort Myers. A bachelors degree graduate from Florida State University. (Go Seminoles!) Her hobbies include spending time with her family, friends and her two dogs.

Cathy Carpenter - Customer Liaison - With Cathy’s previous experience at one of the largest home builders in southwest Florida and her years spent in customer service, she plays a key role at Vision Homes USA as a Customer Liaison Coordinator. Additionally, Cathy is responsible for coordinating our construction productivity. Along with growing up in the Buffalo area, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University at Buffalo. Cathy lives in Cape Coral and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her boxer puppy.

Debra Pirrello – Administration Manager – Debra is involved in all aspects of administration for Vision Homes USA. This includes payroll, insurance, and communications. She has had over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources arena working for AT&T, Bell Atlantic, and Freddie Mac. She has a volunteered for the Lee County Chapter of the American Heart Association. Debra lives in Cape Coral with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, exercising, boating and the beach.

Mindy Kasten - Design Coordinator - Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Mindy joins Vision Homes USA with seven years of design experience with production and high end custom homes. She is dedicated to providing a personal, unique, and stress-free experience in making selections for your home. She enjoys arts and crafts, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.
